What I can tell you is don't complain. The owners and waitstaff certainly don't appreciate it and you won't be taken care of anyway. I used to go here alot until one time I had a very bad serving of meat and complained. Not only was I treated rudely but they wouldn't even take the cost of the uneaten meal off my check. I am sorry to say that I will never return. It is inexcusable to treat patrons this way.
